Filler
(Facial Contouring and Rejuvenation)
Dermal fillers are used to restore volume, enhance facial contours (cheeks, jawline, temples), and reduce deep static wrinkles. They provide immediate, natural-looking results that last 9–18 months.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
History of severe allergies or anaphylaxis
Active inflammation or infection in the treatment area
Blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant use (consultation required)
Procedure:
A numbing cream should be applied to the treatment area at least 30 minutes before the injection. This cream can be provided by the doctor in advance or purchased at a pharmacy without a prescription. At the clinic, the skin is cleansed and additional anesthetic may be applied if needed. The filler is then injected with a needle or cannula into the targeted areas. The session typically takes 20–40 minutes. Swelling, redness, or mild bruising may follow.
Aftercare:
Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the area for 48 hours
No alcohol, exercise, or facials for 24–48 hours
Swelling or bruising may last several days
Remain upright for 4 hours post-injection
